EAB Permanent Cosmetics reserves the right to require an initial $50.00 deposit at the time of booking services. This deposit will be applied to the final amount due after services are rendered. Missed appointments or cancellations with less that 24 hours notice are not required to refund the deposit unless otherwise approved by a staff member. Touch-up appointments that are missed without the same 24 hour courtesy will be forfeited and can be rescheduled for a $50.00 fee.
